Contacted Buy Wise in doing a building and pest inspection for a property that I was in the process of purchasing.I found their service to be exceptional and their reports to be detailed and easy to read. The entire process was stress free, just give them the Real Estate Agent's contact info, the date you want your report by and then sit back and relax.I specifically chose Buy Wise because they were also the only company, that I found, who advertised that they would use specific wording in their reports. This is so when your sales contract is subject to building and pest inspections (general conditions 21 & 22), if some major defect is indeed present, you'd be able to exercise your contractual rights with minimal hassle.

Celine and Phil were fantastic. Celine was able to work their diary so Phil was able to undertake a pre-purchase inspection asap. Phil was professional and thorough. He also phoned the same day he undertook the inspection and clearly explained everything he assessed and any issues found. Philip from Buy Wise provided an excellent service by way of a home and pest inspection for a house being purchased. He did so by:1) Calling me on the same day of the inspection to verbally describe any concerning issues and major defects.2) Providing a detailed written report that most notably provided a good amount of detail by way of clear to understand bullet points describing the issues and photo evidence of the issues and defects.3) The document also covers aspects such as areas of inspection that seemed to have no issues and declaring if any of the places/categories of inspection had any impediments blocking inspection. It also provided context as to how the condition of the house is in relation to other homes of the same age and type.4) Beyond the first call and report, he was also phone-contact friendly and was willing to discuss his findings in further detail and answer any questions I had.Final thoughts:With this report I was much better informed as to the state of the property. Including areas usually not inspected by a buyer such as the subfloor under the house and roof interior.I would use Buy-Wise again for reliable home and pest inspection reports.
